FEES FOR EPCS AND HIPS

Prices shown are all inclusive. We provide Home Information Packs (HIPs) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to the Leeds and Yorkshire areas. Payment can be made via cash, cheque or bank transfer and the Home Information Pack will be given following payment.

Landlord EPCs are valid for 10 years!

If you have made significant improvements to a property since an EPC was issued, this would reflect on ratings shown on a new certificate, though this is optional.

NOTE: EPCs provided for rental properties can be included within a HIP within 3 years of the publish date. Contact us for huge savings on your HIPs!

Hard copies are not required by solicitors and, as the HIP is a lengthy document, printing is not advised. We can however provide a hard copy of your HIP for an extra £15 per copy. Unregistered properties will require an Epitome of Title which our solicitor will be able to produce for an extra charge of £50.
