Every year around 40 people die and over 200 suffer serious effects from carbon monoxide poisoning, caused by faulty gas fires, boilers, cookers and other gas appliances.

As a Landlord you must arrange for an annual gas safety check to be carried out every 12 months. This can only be carried out by a 'Gas Safe' registered engineer.

What if I break the regulations?
You are putting lives at risk and breaking the law. Gas safety is a high priority you risk a substantial fine &/or a custodial sentence.

Using Gas Safe registered engineers, we can issue your Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (and service appliances for a small extra charge). Prices for the Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) are fixed at £59 per gas meter in most areas. We do not charge per appliance, making our fees cheaper and clearer.
